Lubartów est une ville de l'est de Pologne, située sur le Wieprz, la ville est le chef-lieu du powiat de Lubartów. Située dans la voïvodie de Lublin, la ville fut bâtie en 1543 par Piotr Firlej. Jusqu'en 1744 la ville fut connue sous le nom de Lewartów.

La ville est aujourd'hui l'une des plus visitées dans la voïvodie de Lublin et parmi les attractions les plus importantes on retrouve

  • Le palais baroque des Lubomirski du XVIIe siècle
  • L'église de Ste-Anne, bâtie en 1735
  • L'église baroque des Cappucines

Tout près de Lubartów se situe également le palais de la plus importante famille aristocrate de l'histoire de Pologne, les Zamoyski.
