Andrew Hedley Hornby (né le 21 janvier 1967) est nommé chief executive officer d’Alliance Boots en juillet 2009. Avant de rejoindre le groupe, il était Chief Executive chez HBOS jusqu’au rachat de la société par Lloyds TSB Group. Il était alors en charge de la division vente d’Halifax puis d’HBOS. Précédemment, il a occupé de nombreux postes de direction générale chez Asda ou chez George, son entreprise de textile, où il exerçait la fonction de Managing Director. Diplômé d’un MBA d’Harvard Business School, Andy a également travaillé pour Boston Consulting Group et Blue Circle.
