Andrzej Zamoyski, toile anonyme du XVIIe siècle
Andrzej Zamoyski (1716-1792) fut un Chancelier de Pologne.
De la même famille que le chancelier Jan Zamoyski, il servit en Saxe, puis remplit divers emplois à son retour en Pologne, quand il fut nommé chancelier en 1764.
Il se montra zélé patriote pendant les troubles du règne de Poniatowski, et fut chargé en 1776 de rédiger un code à l'usage de la Pologne : ayant admis des dispositions favorables aux paysans, il vit ce code repoussé par la noblesse. Il le fit cependant adopter en 1791.
Son Code a été imprimé à Varsovie en 1778.
