Leon Uris (3 août 1924 - 21 juin 2003) fut un romancier américain, connu pour ses romans historiques dont les plus connus sont Exodus, publié en 1958, et Trinity en 1976.Mila 18 en 1961, Armageddon en 1963 et Topaz en 1967 font aussi parti de sa vie ainsi que son premier roman : Battle cry
Biographie
Né à Baltimore aux États Unis en 1924. Il a rejoint the US Marine Corps à 17 ans, et est devenu écrivain en 1950 avec Battle cry, un bestseller. Il est mort en 2003
