Sankaku-Jime (étranglement en triangle) est une technique d'étranglement au sol (Shime-Waza) du judo.
Principe général
- Tori : celui qui fait l'action
- Uke : celui qui subit l'action
Tori passe sa cuisse droite au-dessus de l'épaule gauche d'Uke et fait pression sur son cou. La cuisse gauche de Tori passe sous l'aisselle de Uke. Tori tire sur le bras droit de Uke et en serrant les jambes, il exerce une pression sur le côté gauche du cou d'Uke. Le but de cette action et de bloquer la circulation des artères du cou par le bras de Uke et la jambe de Tori
