Martin Terrence Rubalcaba était un arbitre de catch professionnel à la World Wrestling Entertainment, plus connu sous le nom de Marty Elias.
Il était auparavant un arbitre à la UPW et à la PWG. Il était également à l'origine arbitre dans la division ECW mais avait été échangé à RAW avec Mickie Henson.
Le plus grand match que Marty ait arbitré jusqu'ici est celui de SummerSlam 2006 entre Hulk Hogan et Randy Orton. Pendant l'affrontement, Orton réalisait le compte de trois sur Hogan, mais Marty remarquait au dernier moment qu'Hogan avait un pied sur une corde. Il a fait recommencer le match malgré les protestations d'Orton. Hogan gagna ensuite le match.
Il a licencié le lundi 3 août 2009, soit 4 mois après avoir arbitré l'un des plus grands matchs de l'histoire de la WWE, à savoir Shawn Michaels contre l'Undertaker à WrestleMania XXV.
Marty était arrivé à la WWE avec son nom de famille Rubalcaba mais celui-ci a été changé à la fin 2006 pour Elias.
