Les Anamniotes sont des Vertébrés dont l'embryon ne possède pas d'amnios, comme les Cyclostomes, les Poissons et les Amphibiens. Du point de vue phylogénétique, il ne s'agit pas d'un groupe pertinent, car il est défini par un caractère négatif, par opposition aux Amniotes, alors qu'ils ont un même ancêtre commun.
