Le khinkali (géorgien : ხინკალი, azerbaïdjanais : xıngal, turc : hıngel) est un ravioli géorgien qui peut être fourré de différents ingrédients mais le plus souvent avec de la viande. Les villes de Dusheti, Pasanauri et Mtskheta sont particulièrement réputées pour leur khinkalis.
