Kharovsk (en russe : Харовск) est une ville de l'oblast de Vologda, en Russie, et le centre administratif du raïon de Kharovski. Elle est située au bord de la rivière Koubena, à 90 km au nord de Vologda. Sa population compte 10 857 habitants en 2008.
Histoire
Kharovsk a été fondée en 1903 lors de la construction d'une voie ferrée partant de Vologda et se dirigeant vers le nord. Elle a le statut de ville depuis 1954.
