Khamphoui (née à Luang Prabang le 12 juillet 1912 et morte le 12 décembre 1981) est la dernière reine du Laos.
Le 7 août 1930, elle épouse le roi Savang Vatthana. Ils ont 7 enfants : prince royal Vong Savang, prince Sisavang, prince Savang, prince Sauryavong Savang, princesse Savivanh, princesse Thala Savang. Son mari abdique le 1er décembre 1975. Selon un rapport, elle meurt le 12 décembre 1981 dans un camp communiste de ré-éducation près de Sop Hao.
