Kevin Barry Spraggett (né le 10 novembre 1954 à Montréal) est un grand maître canadien du jeu d'échecs. Il est le 4e Canadien à devenir grand maître, après Daniel Yanofsky, Duncan Suttles et Peter Biyiasas. Il est le seul Canadien à s'être qualifié pour les matchs des candidats en 1985 et en 1988.
Spraggett a remporté l'Open du Canada à huit reprises, le championnat du Canada à sept reprises, et a participé à huit Olympiades d'échecs. Il a également contribué à des livres d'échecs publiés au Canada.
Il remporte le tournoi de Montréal en 1986 et est 2e ex æquo au tournoi d'Hastings en 1989-1990.
Il obtient le titre de maître international en 1975 et celui de grand maître international en 1985.
