Kaminoyama (上山市, Kaminoyama-shi?, lit. « au-dessus de la montagne ») est une ville de la préfecture de Yamagata au nord de l'île de Honshu au Japon.
En 2010, la population s'élevait à 34 166 habitants et sa densité était de 142 habitants par km². Sa superficie est de 240,95 km².
