Le K-1 World Grand Prix 2008 Final est un événement de kick-boxing japonais catégorie des poids lourds, mettant en jeu les vainqueurs des « tournois mondiaux satellites » et des 8e de finale. Pour sa 16e édition le K-A Grand Prix a lieu le 6 décembre 2008 à l’Arena de Yokohama (Japon). Le K-1 Grand Prix met en opposition huit hommes en tours éliminatoires directs.
