Junior Murvin (né Murvin Junior Smith à Port Antonio, vers 1949) est un chanteur de reggae d'origine jamaïcaine.
Sa voix haut-perchée particulière est significative de ses chansons. Pour certains ce serait pour éviter les censures à la radio, une voix de femme ou de petit garçon choquant moins les mentalités, malgré les textes dénonciateurs de Murvin. Il est l'interprète original du tube Police And Thieves en 1976 produit par Lee "Scratch" Perry. Cette chanson a notamment été reprise par The Clash. Egalement reprise par le groupe The Rabble.
