Jodeci est un quatuor R'n'B de Charlotte (Caroline du Nord, États-Unis) actif dans les années 1990. Le nom du groupe est la combinaison de : Jo-Jo, De des frères DeGrate, and K-Ci.La particularité de ce groupe de R'n'B en concurrence à l'époque avec Blackstreet a été le fait d'utiliser des instruments en live pour les compositions. De Vante est un multi-instrumentiste qui a largement contribué à cette sonorité si particulière des nappes de claviers, vocoder, guitares et basse et presque pas de samples. Ce style a fait école pour les nombreux groupes de R'n'B par la suite. Par la suite, K-Ci & Jo-Jo ont continué en duo et sorti quatre albums ensemble.
