James Beckford (né le 9 janvier 1975 à St. Mary) est un athlète jamaïcain, spécialiste du saut en longueur et triple saut. Il mesure 1,83 m pour 73 kg. Contrôlé positif à l'éphédrine en 1997, il a été suspendu 3 mois par la Fédération internationale d'athlétisme[1].
