Iwajuku (岩宿) est un site archéologique du Japon.
Ce site est d'une grande importance. En effet, on y a découvert des traces d'habitations qui datent d'environ 10 000 av. J.-C. Ce sont les plus anciennes traces d'habitations de tout le Japon.
Le site a été découvert en 1949 par Aizawa Tadahiro. Iwajuku est aujourd'hui incluse dans la ville de Kasakake, elle même située dans la préfecture de Gunma.
