Itō Shinsui (伊東深水, Itō Shinsui? 4 février 1898–8 mai 1972) fut le pseudonyme (son véritable nom était Itō Hajime) d'un peintre Nihon-ga, artiste ukiyo-e de la période Taishō et de la période Showa au Japon. Il fut l'un des noms majeurs derrière le mouvement Shin Hanga, qui revitalisa l'art traditionnel avant son déclin final avec l'avènement de la photographie au début du XXe siècle.
