- réhabilitation du Système Centro-Occidental (voie unique) : Puerto Cabello – Barquisimeto / Acarigua,
- construction de Caracas — Cúa (double voie électrifiée),
- construction du Système Central : El Palito (13 km de Puerto Cabello) – Cagua (double voie électrifiée).
