Katsumoto Hosokawa (細川勝元, Hosokawa Katsumoto 1430-1473) était un des kanrei durant la période Muromachi. Il fut célèbre pour avoir collaboré dans la création du temple de Ryouanji, connu pour son jardin rocailleux, et pour son implication dans la Guerre d'Ōnin.
