Université George Mason

La George Mason University est une université américaine fondée en 1957 et qui comptait 30 000 étudiants en 2006.

Elle porte le nom de George Mason, l'un des pères fondateurs considéré comme le père du Bill of Rights

Deux de ses enseignants ont obtenu le Prix Nobel en économie, James M. Buchanan en 1986 et Vernon Smith en 2002.

L'université sponsorise le site History News Network. Elle est à l'origine du logiciel Zotero.
