La route Yellowhead (en anglais Yellowhead Highway, littéralement « grande route Tête Jaune », officiellement Highway 86, en français « autoroute 86 ») est une voie routière majeure (autoroute) qui traverse d'est en ouest, le sud des quatre provinces de l'ouest du Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta et Colombie-Britannique). Elle fait partie de la route transcanadienne, un système de voies routières à régime fédéral-provincial qui relie les dix provinces du Canada.
Le nom de la route fait référence au col Tête Jaune (Yellowhead Pass), lui-même nommé en hommage au guide Tête Jaune[1].
