Heston Blumenthal, né le 27 mai 1966 à High Wycombe, dans le Buckinghamshire, est un cuisinier britannique, chef et propriétaire du restaurant The Fat Duck (à Bray, dans le Berkshire) auquel le guide Michelin attribue trois étoiles.
Il est réputé pour son approche scientifique de la cuisine, et généralement considéré comme l'une des principales figures de la gastronomie moléculaire.
Il fit aussi parler de lui à cause de "désagréments" ressenti par certains clients en 2009, la presse anglaise n'ayant pas manqué de s'en faire l'écho[1]
