Happy FM est une radio commerciale qui fait partie du groupe des Indépendants.
Histoire
Cette station de Champagne-Ardenne a été créée par Marc Moine; elle est une radio Marnaise disposant de trois émetteurs sur la bande FM : Reims (89.8), Châlons en Champagne (97.6) et Épernay (98.1).</ref>
A ses débuts orientée techno et dance, la programmation s'est ensuite étoffée pour devenir une radio généraliste.</ref>.
