Hydrocarbure halogéné

Les hydrocarbures halogénés, ou halocarbures, sont des composés organiques dont les molécules contiennent au moins un atome d'halogène.

Lorsque la molécule de base est un alcane, on parle d'halogénoalcane ou d'halogénure d'alkyle.

Lorsque la molécule est à la base un acide carboxylique, on parle d'halogénure d'acyle.
