Haliburton—Kawartha Lakes—Brock (précédement connue sous le nom Haliburton–Victoria–Brock et Victoria–Haliburton) est une circonscription électorale fédérale en Ontario (Canada).

La circonscription au nord-est de Toronto englobe une région entre le lac Simcoe et la ville de Peterborough, se constituant du comté de Haliburton, la ville de Kawartha Lakes, et quatre cantons d'autres comtés

Les circonscriptions limitrophes sont Durham, York—Simcoe, Simcoe-Nord, Parry Sound—Muskoka, Nipissing—Timiskaming, Renfrew—Nipissing—Pembroke, Prince Edward—Hastings, Peterborough et Northumberland—Quinte West.

Elle possède une population de 111 343 dont 89 166 électeurs sur une superficie de 10 831 km².

L'actuel député fédéral est le conservateur Barry Devolin.

Comme partout en Ontario, les circonscriptions provinciales se sont accordées avec les fédérales depuis les élections provinciales du 4 octobre 2007.
