Haguro (羽黒町, Haguo-machi?) était un bourg du district de Higashitagawa dans la préfecture de Yamagata au nord de l'île de Honshū au Japon.
En 2003, la population s'élevait à 9 499 habitants et sa densité était de 86,66 personnes par km². Sa superficie est de 109,61 km².
En octobre 2005, le bourg a été incorporé dans la ville de Tsuruoka
