Grip Inc. est un groupe de groove metal/thrash metal, et un projet parallèle de Dave Lombardo, le batteur de Slayer. Formé en 1993, le groupe est actuellement sous contrat avec le label SPV Records mais n'a jamais eu de période d'activité prolongée depuis qu'il a été formé; son futur est incertain en raison d'autres projets importants suivis par Dave Lombardo, en particulier Slayer et Fantômas.
L'ancien chanteur de Grip Inc. Gus Chambers est mort à l'âge de 52 ans le 13 octobre 2008.
