Prime de bienvenue
La "prime de bienvenue" ou "Golden Hello" est le pendant, pour les arrivées de cadres dirigeants; du parachute doré (ou Golden parachute), indemnité de départ réservé à ces mêmes cadres. Très pratiquée aux États-Unis, la prime de bienvenue récompense le recrutement d'un cadre de haut niveau.

- Philippe Rucheton, le directeur financier nommé en avril 2009 chez Dexia venant de la Société générale, a touché 500 000 euros de prime d'arrivée (golden hello). [1]
