Il s'agit d'un DVD du groupe de rock progressif Gentle Giant. Le DVD contient un spectacle du groupe en 1978 au Golden Green Hipodrome avec des bonus comme un medley[1] de l'album Octopus performé en 1974 pour le Old Grey Whistle Test de la BBC ainsi que 6 chansons en studio de l'album Interview et de Giant for a Day. Sur certaines éditions, un CD-ROM est en bonus comprenant le concert en 1978 et le medley dOctopus.
