Gary Earl Johnson (né le 1er janvier 1953) était le gouverneur du Nouveau Mexique de 1995 à 2003. Il est connu pour avoir été contre la guerre menée contre la drogue.
Origine
Issu d'une famille modeste luthérienne, Gary Earl Johnson étudie à l'université du Nouveau Mexique à Albuquerque la politique ; c'est d'ailleurs là où il où il rencontrera sa future épouse, Dee.
