Akateko (赤手児, Akateko?, , litt. « enfant aux mains rouges ») est un esprit du folklore japonais.Il vient de la ville Hachinohe dans la préfecture de Préfecture d'Aomori. Il y apparaît sous la forme d'une main rouge pendant d'un arbre.
