Freddie McGregor (né le 27 juin 1956 à Clarendon en Jamaïque) est un chanteur, musicien et producteur de reggae.
Il a commencé sa carrière à l'âge de 7 ans. Freddie McGregor a collaboré avec les producteurs Junjo Lawes, Linval Thompson et Gussie Clarke. Il est membre des 12 Tribus d'Israël.
Ses titres les plus célèbres sont (entre autres) : Big Ship, Lovers' Rock, Push Comes To Shove, Just Don't Want To Be Lonely, I Was Born A Winner, Carry Go Bring Come (reprise de Justin Hinds), etc.
