Le Forum TV mobile est une association française de professionnels.
Au sein de cette association sont regroupés les principaux acteurs de la chaîne de valeur de la télévision mobile française : chaînes de télévision, opérateurs mobiles, diffuseurs hertziens et satellite, constructeurs de terminaux, de réseaux, de logiciels, créateurs de contenus, institut de mesure d’audience, ayants-droit (via la Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques)
Le Forum TV mobile, créé sous l'impulsion du ministère de l'Industrie en 2004, a pour objectif de favoriser le développement des services de télévision mobile en France.
En 2011, afin de refléter des problématiques plus nombreuses des industriels et médias français, le FTVM est devenu le Forum des médias mobiles.
Il est présidé par Janine Langlois-Glandier.
