Ephraim est une ville américaine située dans le comté de Sanpete, dans l’Utah. Lors du recensement de 2000, sa population s’élevait à 4 505 habitants, ce qui en fait la plus grande ville du comté. Densité : 487,2 hab/km² (1 262,4 hab/mi²). Superficie totale : 9,2 km² (3,6 mi²).
La ville a été fondée en 1854 par des mormons, scandinaves dans leur immense majorité, d’où son surnom : « Petit Danemark ».
Ephraim est le siège du Snow College.

Chaque année au mois de mai se tient le Festival de l’héritage scandinave.
