Dennis Driscoll est un chanteur, auteur et dessinateur. Il a sorti plusieurs disques.
Dennis Driscoll vit dans l'État de Washington, dans lequel il a déménagé depuis Ilwaco jusqu'à Olympia au cours de l'été 1998. Comme il se lie d'amitié avec les autres musiciens tels que Phil Elvrum (Microphones) et Calvin Johnson (Beat Happening), son style doux et enfantin et ses chansons d'amour, chantées directement à partir de son carnet personnel, lui ont directement valu d'être reconnu.
Son premier album complet, une cassette intitulée Is It Love a été édité par Knw-Yr-Own Records en 1998. Son premier CD, Hello Dennis Driscoll, est sorti chez Talent Show Records en 1999. Il a également sorti en 2002 Voices in the fog publié par K Records, dont la jaquette a été dessinée par la diva des bandes dessinées Dame Darcy, puis en 2003 Mysterium Mysterium chez Yoyo Recording.
Il a enregistré un disque avec Dame Darcy intitulé Dame Darcy & Dennis Driscoll.
