Ce domaine est destiné aux individus réels ou fictifs qui peuvent s'y inscrire au moyen de leurs prénoms, noms, pseudonymes et / ou autres identifiants.
Aucune validation n'est faite lors de l'enregistrement d'un nom de sous-domaine, mais l'enregistrement peut être contesté par la suite s'il n'a pas été fait par ou pour un individu qui possède le nom enregistré ou possède les droits sur un personnage fictif du même nom.
