Coluthos, né à Lycopolis, dans la Thébaïde, vers la fin du Ve siècle, est un poète grec, auteur de plusieurs poèmes aujourd'hui perdus.
On lui attribue le petit poème de L'Enlèvement d'Hélène retrouvé au XVe siècle par Johannes Bessarion.
