L’Ababil est un drone iranien des années 1990.
Cet engin de 80 kilos, d’une envergure de 3 mètres et d’un rayon d’action compris entre 50 à 150 km, fut utilisé au Liban par le Hezbollah pendant le conflit de l’été 2006 qui l’opposa à Israël. En novembre de la même année, la télévision iranienne diffusa des clichés, pris par un de ces appareils sans pilote, montrant un porte-avions américain croisant dans le Golfe Persique.
