ASRock, Inc. est un constructeur de cartes mères dont le siège social est situé à Taipei, Taïwan. L'entreprise est une filiale d'ASUS. En effet, ASUS, qui est plus haut de gamme, a préféré créer une filiale qui vendrait des cartes-mères à bas prix plutôt que les intégrer dans sa marque (ce qui aurait fait baisser l'image de marque ASUS). Le constructeur possède aussi des filiales aux États-Unis et en Europe.
Depuis peu, ASRock produit aussi des cartes-mères qui visent le marché du haut de gamme grâce à des composants de meilleure qualité tel que les condensateurs solides qui ont une durée de vie plus longue et sont moins fragiles que leurs homologues à électrolyte.
Le constructeur taïwanais a su en 2010 se hisser à la troisième place du classement des fabricants de cartes mères. Sur l'année, il aurait écoulé 8 millions de cartes mères vendues sous sa propre marque[1].
