Chiayi
Chiayi (Chinois traditionnel : 嘉義市; Pinyin Hanyu : Jiāyì Shì; Pinyin Tongyong : Jiayì Shìh; EFEO : Kiayi che; taïwanais : Ka-gī chhī) est une ville de la province du sud-ouest de Taïwan. La ville s'appelait Kagi pendant l'occupation japonaise et son nom chinois historique (諸羅山) dérive du mot aborigène taïwanais Tirosen.
Chiayi est le point de départ du train touristique vers le Parc National d'Alishan.
La spécialité culinaire est le riz au poulet (雞肉飯; Pinyin Hanyu : jī ròu fàn; Bopomofo : ㄐㄧ ㄖㄡˋ ㄈㄢˋ).

La base aérienne de Chiayi proche de la ville abrite le 4th Tactical Fighter Wing de la Force aérienne de la République de Chine, équipé de 76 chasseurs F-16A/B.
