Charles Kenneth Howard-Bury (15 août 1881 - 1963) était un militaire, explorateur, botaniste et homme politique irlandais.
Militaire, il était en poste en Inde. Très intéressé par l'alpinisme depuis sa jeunesse, il participa à une expédition sur l'Everest en 1921 et en tirera le livre Mount Everest The Reconnaissance, 1921 (1922). Il est par la suite élu au Parlement britannique.
