Charles.E.O. Carter

C. E. O. Carter, né le 31 janvier 1887 à 23 h 00 à Parkstone (Angleterre), a été la figure de proue de l'astrologie britannique au XXe siècle. Il a été Président de The Astrological Lodge de 1922 à 1953. D'après Yves Haumont[1], C. E. O. Carter fut le premier astrologue britannique à ne pas écrire sous un pseudonyme.
