Une golfette (ou voiturette de golf) est une petite voiture conçue pour transporter un maximum de deux golfeurs et leurs sacs de golf lors d'une partie sur un parcours de golf afin d'accélérer le jeu et de minimiser les efforts par rapport à la marche à pied.

Certaines voiturettes de golf fonctionnent grâce à un moteur à essence, tandis que d'autres ont un moteur électrique. Ces voiturettes électriques ont été les premiers véhicules électriques à être produits en masse pour une utilisation strictement privée. Ce type de véhicule électrique est aujourd'hui utilisé par un grand nombre de communautés grâce à ses effets non polluant, moins bruyant et dangereux (notamment en termes de limitation de vitesse) pour la population et les piétons.

Les communautés de voiturettes de golf

Peachtree City en Géorgie dispose d'un important réseau routier pour les voiturettes de golf; les voyages et déplacements en voiturettes de golf sont fréquents dans la communauté de Peachtree City, et principalement parmi les étudiants. McIntosh High School dispose d'un parking conçu spécialement pour les étudiants disposant de leurs voiturettes de golf.

À Hamilton Island, dans le Queensland, en Australie, où la plupart des véhicules sont interdits, l'utilisation de la voiturette de golf est la plus fréquente.
