Le Clube Desportivo Lousanense est un club de football portugais. Il est basé à Lousã dans le district de Coimbra. En 2006-2007 il a atteint la première place du classement du district de Coimbra, accédant ainsi à la 3e division portugaise. Il a également atteint la finale de la coupe de l'Association de Coimbra où il a été battu ratant ainsi le rêve de réaliser la dobradinha, doublé coupe-championnat.
