Brusna (en serbe cyrillique : Брусна) est un village de Bosnie-Herzégovine. Il est situé dans la municipalité de Foča, République serbe de Bosnie. Au recensement de 1991, il comptait 348 habitants, dont une majorité de Serbes[1].
