Le Foreign and Commonweath Office (FCO), ou plus couramment Foreign Office, est dans le gouvernement du Royaume-Uni le ministère chargé des affaires étrangères, de la construction européenne et des relations avec les pays membres du Commonwealth. Il est dirigé par le secrétaire d’État aux Affaires étrangères et du Commonwealth (Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, plus couramment Foreign Secretary), actuellement David Miliband.

Il est issu de la fusion, en 1968, du Foreign Office et du Commonwealth Office. Son adresse est dans le quartier de Whitehall.
