Tsai Ing-wen [en chinois : 蔡英文, pinyin : Cài Yīngwén, Wade-Giles : Ts'ai Ing-wen ; taïwanais : Chhoà Eng-bûn] (1956 - ), est une femme politique de la République de Chine (Taïwan). Membre du Parti démocratique progressiste, partisante de l'indépendance de l'île par rapport à la Chine continentale.
