The Power Cosmic est le quatrième album studio du groupe de Black metal symphonique anglais Bal-Sagoth. L'album est sorti en 1999 sous le label Nuclear Blast Records.
C'est le premier album du groupe à ne pas contenir dans livret de la pochette de l'album toutes les paroles (dans les albums précédents figuraient toutes les paroles, mais également les passages de narration). La version avec toutes les paroles est à télécharger sur le site officiel du groupe.
Le titre The Scourge of the Fourth Celestial Host est une référence au Comics de Marvel Le Surfeur d'argent.
