Le Test de Spurling permet de détecter une radiculopathie (inflammation des racines nerveuses).
La manœuvre consiste en une rotation et une inclinaison homo-latérale de la tête. L'évaluateur pose une pression avec sa main sur le sommet du crâne du patient. Le test est positif si de la douleur apparaît dans la nuque.
